Posted: 31 Aug 2020 11:17 PM PDT So if my understanding is correct, the whole 'press attack to the beat of the music to get combo hits' thing only really works on an actual Game Boy. I'm about to replay the game with an emulator, so I was wondering if anybody has made a version of the English translation that's a bit more forgiving with the timing, so that it works with an emulators different timing. I'll replay it either way, but I'd love to be able to do combos, and play it a bit closer to how it was intended. Failing that, are there any emulator settings I can tweak to make input timing as accurate as possible? Thanks! EDIT Thanks friends, mGBA is working pretty well for me. Probably helps that I'm not using filters like I was last time I played. Sometimes it'll feel like I've gotten out of sync, and when that happens I just hold down the fast forward bind for a second, and that tends to sync things up again [link] [comments] | ||

I like the idea of getting PK Love, but I'm not sure exactly how this would look. Maybe some geometric shapes like in the game? Not sure. I'd also be open to getting a quote from the game somewhere, because the translation is absolutely filled with heartfelt, sweet messages. I'd prefer something positive and heartfelt. Any ideas?
