Happy Happyists David Bowie Reference?

So, I've been listening to a lot of David Bowie lately, and on his album Low, there's a song called "Sound and Vision." If you haven't already heard it before, you can listen to it here (and while you're at it, listen to the whole album! It's really good!).

Anyway, on the track, Bowie repeats the words "blue, blue" a few times (lyrics here). Considering the other Bowie references in the game (Starmen and the Diamond Dog), I don't think it's out of the realm of possibility that the Happy Happyists repeating "blue, blue" is also a Bowie reference. Just a thought! Let me know if someone has already pointed this out.

UPDATE: Someone has, indeed, beaten me to the punch on this by about twelve years! Fronz Kofko on the starmen.net forums came to the same conclusion I did all that time ago. Here's the post in question.
