    Mother 3 will never be ported to America because of 3 reasons; the portrayal of the Magypsies,Nintendo of America's image, and the social stance of America as a whole.

    Nintendo is seen as a children's company in America, and showing kids anything outside of straight people is considered "damaging".

    With the Magypsies being such blatant transgender stereotypes, they would incite the wrath of parents, the Christian church, and even the transgender "woke" community like no other.

    If Nintendo of America won't even confirm Birdo as being transgender, do you really think they would risk their child-friendly American reputation with characters like the Magypsies? If they did port it over, the Magypsies would have to have a complete makeover. That sort of censorship of such major characters in the story would really upset the Mother fandom who has been pining for a genuine release of this game.

    Nintendo knows any way they will port it will bring up immense controversy, and they just don't want to have to face that.

    I watched it a bunch when I was much younger and I remember liking it (Aside from the strange shipping). It's a series on YouTube where Ness, Ninten, Lucas, and Claus all talk on a chat room about their lives. Although it would break the formula sometimes and bring in other characters as well.

    Anyone else remember watching this series way back when?

    Did anyone else notice the rhythm when the fierce pork trooper hits you repeatedly is the same as the knock sound Pokey and Picky used in Earthbound?

    Finally got my Hobonichi Cover in the mail! I put some of the gacha keychains on the clear cover-on-cover and I think it adds to it specially with this design. Excited to start using a planner once again specially if it’s this awesome looking.

    Mother 2 deluxe is a curated version of earthbound. More accurate translation, it's harder, there are more stats, and a shit ton more! In short, it's just as if nintendo made a remastered version of earthbound. If y'all wanna play it, harv explains how to download it here
