    Just getting to Twoson Any Advice?

    Hey so I just started playing earthbound for the first time and just got to Twoson. Wanted to know if anybody had any cool advice or fun easter eggs that they could share with me. I really appreciate the help that I got before.

    Post-Game Earthbound

    I just beat Earthbound after a year, and it was wonderful; however, after beating Giygas I went almost directly to the credits screen because I so much wanted to finally complete the game. Now, the screen is frozen with "The End... ?", but can I go and revisit all of the towns after this? I would love to explore the world that I saved, but I cannot do so at the moment. Please provide guidance if you can!

    [SPOILERS] Just finished Mother 3 for the first time and I want to say fuck these 3 enemies in particular

    1. The Jealous Bass - First truly hard boss, probably whooped my ass like 5-6 times before I finally beat him. When I finally did beat him, Boney was knocked out and Lucas had taken mortal damage. No way to beat this thing other than in a nail biter.

    2. The Barrier Trio - Why oh why didn't I use a PSI shield or counter in my first bout with this enemy? Completely decimated my team with its PSI attacks and I rage quit immediately. Picked it up the next day and beat them on that 2nd try but I will never forget how bad the first match was. It felt like Barrier Trio was playing D1 ball while I was playing JUCO.

    3. Miracle Fassad - I beat this bastard on my first try so I can hang my hat on that, but it's really only because Lucas had 2 Magypsy momentos in his back pocket. With the amount of times this dude wanted to PK Starstorm me, but couldn't because he had no PP, he could've wiped my whole squad out like 10 times over. Was it a victory? Yes. But it felt like a moral loss.

    Poo's Contribution, con't (SPOILERS)

    Hey guys, I originally wrote this like a year ago. I wanted to add another observation but my post was archived, so I'm reposting with the new info

    ORIGINAL: Poo's training has him face the spirit of his ancestor who begins to take away parts of Poo's body. He ends the conversation by taking his hearing and sight, and then telling Poo that some day he would take his mind, as well.

    Fast forward a few hours, and Dr. Andonuts creates the party members' new robot bodies so that they can travel into the past, taking away their bodies and doing EXACTLY WHAT POO'S TRAINING PREPARED HIM FOR! The kids go into the past with nothing but their minds intact, with the warning that they might lose even that in the process!

    Mind. Blown.

    NEW: So I just finished another run of Earthbound, and was pleasantly surprised to notice another detail backing up my theory about Poo and his training. When Giygas is defeated, the kids are stranded in their shattered robot bodies for a few seconds before anything happens. The first movement we see is a ball of light, presumably the mind/spirit of one of our heroes, leaving a robot and drifting away to find its way back to the present. Guess who the first spirit is? BOOM BABY! Poo is the first of the kids to send his spirit back to his body, leading the way for the other three to follow suit. Yet another bit of evidence suggesting that Poo's Mu training up on the mountain is both foreshadowing the kids' experience giving up their bodies as well as preparing Poo to be able to navigate space/time without the use of his body at all.

    Thanks, Earthbound, for continuing to enrich my life all these years later.

    How do I play EarthBound (in English) on Nintendo DS Lite? (Gameboy Advance cartridge capabilities)

    I have a Nintendo DS Lite, which can play Gameboy Advance cartridges on it. I ordered two cartridges online, Mother 1 plus 2 and Mother 3. However, I'm concerned because a lot of people say that Mother 2 (AKA EarthBound) isn't fully English translated. I'm also concerned because there's apparently a difference between Mother 2 and EarthBound 0 ??? Very confused. Is there any way to play EarthBound in English on the Nintendo DS Lite? I'll pay whatever the price is.
