    I was playing through Earthbound recently, and I was wondering if anybody the isolated sound bite of when you get teleported to different parts of Moonside?

    Any reason why Mother 3's walking sprites are more "floaty" than Earthbound's?

    The difference is subtle but in Earthbound the "per-step" animation gives the characters more charm while it looks cheapened in comparison in Mother 3. The graphics are really similar besides something like this.

    So I reviewed the stickied post and didn't see anything related to this but if there is somewhere else to check please point me towards it.

    If I don't have a Wii U, what are my options for playing Mother? It seems like by only options are trying to find a translated rom for the NES (not asking for a link or anything, just if that's an option) or learning Japanese and playing the OG.
    All I am seeing is that the only US release was on Wii U but I am hoping I am missing something else somewhere.
