    For me it was fourside mainly because of when I had to save Paula and considering how much I've just been avoiding battles all my playthru it took too long to even get to the dept store spook let alone beat him

    Earthbound dungeon layouts in Mario Maker 2

    Hi folks!

    About a year ago I built a few Mario Maker 2 courses with a layout precisely like the layouts of an Earthbound dungeon.

    This means where there was a door in EB, I had a door or pipe in the course. If a rope, I had a vine. If a room in EB had a present I added a powerup, and similar.

    Here are the names of the courses, the codes, and a brief description.

    Mole Cave 64V-YML-6RG

    This is a 2-D room-for-room representation of EB's Mole Cave. You have to kill 5 moles before you can finish the course. The moles are oriented to the same rooms they appear in EB, but I included some required trick or minigame to kill each one.

    The Smoking Mountain 0WM-MWH-MVG

    The first half of this level is a maze laid out EXACTLY like Fire Spring. The 2nd half of the course is my own creation.

    Magikoopa's Sea Cave Maze FPP-L66-Q9G

    This course is laid out like Moonside and uses doors/pipes as representations of the teleport men. This course is NOT as good as the other two courses above but if you're curious check it out.

    BONUS! I also made a course laid out like Chrono Trigger's Gaurdia Castle dungeon 1000 AD which you may like: Goomba Penitentiary, M8P-1V2-T9G

    Play em and let me know what you think! Tell me what other EB dungeons could work as layouts for Mario Maker 2 courses? I think Pink Cloud could be a good candidate.

    I saw that big shots theme in mother (1:14 - 1:20) and jungle japes in smash ultimate (1:20 - 1: 39) are similar. Is it just me. Tell me.

    need help with earthbound repainted project

    im working on a personal project of making a repaint of earthbound. earthbound has a lot of sprites and I cant do it alone so if you want you can post your own earthbound sprites for custom Overworld sprites and battle sprites I will of course credit you in the readme file and ingame with custom credits

    edit: use color pallets seen in game

    (a repaint is just giving a game a fresh coat of paint with new sprites/textures and sounds and music mostly done with memes)
