    How would you implement a time travel battle PSI ability?

    I had a thought the other day about a possible PSI ability. What if a party member could use PSI to time travel back to the previous turn? I feel like this could make for some fun strategic battles. Here's how it goes: The user (let's say Poo) can use this ability to undo all events occurring after the beginning of the previous turn, bringing the battle back to the previous turn's selection process. All party members (aside from Poo, since he time traveled) and enemies will have their HP, PP, and inventories returned to how they were at that point, including the states of the rolling meters. The only difference, now you have the knowledge of what the enemy will do, how the order in which everyone acts will play out, who lands a SMAAAAAASH!!!, who's in danger of collapsing, etc. Obviously this would be an insanely powerful ability, so it should come at a cost, whether that be a high PP cost, a cool down, a use limit, or something of the sort. How would you implement this differently? What name would you give the ability? Is this even a good idea in the first place?

    A part of “Pokey means business!” sounds similar to “Megalovania”

    Now that you know you'll never un-hear it. Also since the "EarthBound: Halloween Hack" version of "Megalovania" is made with the same sounds and sounds similar, do you think it might have been an inspiration/starting point when Toby Fox was composing "Megalovania"?

    Summer Tunnel (2021) My first feature film. Earthbound/Mother 3/Undertale were huge influences on the aesthetic, music, and sfx so I thought the good people here might enjoy it!
