    mr. Saturn origin (theory)

    i don't know if is the perfect site to post earthbound theories, but i post here anyway, my theory involves the origin of mr. saturns.
    and i think that mr. saturns came from the central stone in milky well. Let me explain it:
    1. milky well has the same pink water as the thermal water on saturn village (same as tenda's village, where there are theories linking the 2 species).
    2. mr. saturns (like most of the creatures in earthbound) is (or can possibly be) an extra-terrestrial creature, considering thet the central stone of milky well emmit a strange pink water, and is surrended by a ravine like zone, is possible that the central stone on milky well is a meteorite that fallen from the earth and originate the mr. saturns.
    altrough, i don't know how mr. saturns can originate from such a tiny stone, but i have 2 guesses:

    1. the metorite was originally big, but became small from the inpact.
    2. the meteorite just fell down, carry probably an ancestror of the mr. saturn (and probably the tenda) species ( most plausible theory).

    earthbound's musical references in omori

    hey guys! i started playing omori a while ago and something caught my attention. i know that some references are really obvious (like the game mentioning toby fox and it possibly having an inspiration from mother) but i just noticed something that maybe not many people would. omori's hospital theme has the same beat/rhythm as earthbound's hospital and the friendly neighbors theme. i thought that was pretty neat. other songs that might be similar are the victory themes, "recycling is a concept!" and magicant from eb beginnings, space boyfriend's tape and venus' performance have the same "voice", "fresh... ish" and "your name, please"... and i think that's how far i went into omori. anyways, it's really nice to see how influential mother/earthbound is in media! :)

    I've been searching for the progress made on the Earthbound Beginnings remake. Most of the progress updates were back in 2009. I don't know if it's released yet or still in the works. I would love to play Mother 1 in the style of Earthbound!
